Alerts

Vibrate For Alarms And Timers

When this setting is switched on, alarms and timers will vibrate if your phone is set to mute or vibrate. You’ll still be able to hear alarms when your phone is set to sound.

Alarm

Upcoming Alarm Notifications

When you’ve selected a time for this feature you will receive a notification that there is an upcoming alarm that will go off. You can choose from the following options if you would like to be notified prior to an alarm you’ve set:

• 5 minutes before
• 15 minutes before
• 30 minutes before
• Off

World Clock

Show Weather

If you would like the world clock feature to show you what the weather is like in other countries, cities, and/or timezones, you can toggle the switch on here.

Timer

Sound

From here you can choose whether or not your alarm will make a sound when is goes off by turning on the blue switch. You can also choose which sound you would like if you tap directly on Sound.

After tapping on Sound, you can also adjust the volume level by dragging the slider at the bottom of the screen left or right. You can also add a sound you’ve downloaded by tapping on the Plus Icon (+) in the top right corner of the screen.

Vibration

If you would like your phone to vibrate when an alarm goes off you can turn on the blue switch next to vibration.

Show Mini Timer

When this is turned on you will see a small window in the corner of your screen if you’ve set a timer that will float over your home screen and apps.

Privacy

Permissions

From here you can manage permissions. You may see Storage permissions here if you’ve chosen to allow your clock app access to your storage for the purpose of changing timer sounds.

Customization Service

From here you can view which Samsung Apps you can give permission to to learn about how you use your phone to create a more personalized experience. For detailed information on Customization Service, click on the link.

Note: Remember, more customization relates to less privacy. It’s up to you to decide which one is more important to you.
