Rules

Rules are automated features that you can personally set for your phone to make settings changes that you would normally use automatically. For example, your can set a rule that every time you walk into work or school, your phone automatically goes into silent mode.

Note: In order to use Rules, your phones location needs to be allowed at all times for Settings Services. If this is not already on you will be prompted to do so before you can add any Rules. You also need to allow the Setting Services app to run in the background.

Add A Rule

  • To add a rule, select + Add Rule
  • Then select a Wi-Fi Network that you want your rule to activate with when you’re in range of that network.
  • Choose an action that your phone will take when you access each Wi-Fi Network.
  • Then select Add when you’re done.

Automatically Suggest Rules

If you don’t know which rules you would want to set up, turn on Automatically Suggest Rules and your phone will suggest rules based on your actions when you connect to different Wi-Fi networks.
