Screen Time

Screen Time is helpful if you want to analyze and view information about how you or your family members are spending time on your devices, which websites and apps you use, how often you pick up and use your device, and more. You can use this information to help you manage the time you spend on your phone. If you need a break from your phone you can schedule time away from your phone by setting time limits for the apps and features you use on your phone.
