Find My iPhone

It is highly recommended that you keep Find My iPhone on at all times just incase your phone has been lost or stolen. There are a variety of features on this app that will be useful if either of these events occur.

Find My iPhone

Find My iPhone is a very useful feature that allows you to track your phone in the event that your phone is lost or stolen.

• To turn Find My iPhone off, click on the find my iPhone switch and enter your apple ID password to turn it off.
• Find My Network
  This allows Find My iPhone to work even if your phone is turned off or offline.
• Send Last Location
  This will automatically send the last location of your iPhone if the battery is critically low.

My Location

This shows which of your devices and connected devices are sharing location.

Share My Location

When this is turned on your location can be shared with other people of your choosing. Turn this off to hide your location from everyone.

From the Find My iPhone App tap on the tab at the bottom of the app screen where it says People, then tap on Start Sharing Location if you haven’t already. Then you can choose which contacts to share your location with. This is a great feature to have for your safety so your friends and family can see where you are at all times.
