Location

At the top of the screen under location you can turn location on and off for all location features and apps on your device.

App Permissions

From this setting you can manage location permissions for individual apps on your device. For more on app permissions click Here.

Location Services

In this setting you will be able to manage all location services that are currently active or not active on your device such as:

• Earthquake Alerts
• Emergency Location Service
• Google Location Accuracy
• Google Location History
• Google Location Sharing

Note: Some of the data that Google tracks based on your location services can be used for anonymous reasons

Wi-Fi Scanning

This allows apps to use Wi-Fi to enhance your location services and make them more accurate. Having this setting off will save data usage and battery life.

Bluetooth Scanning

Like Wi-Fi Scanning, this feature allows the use of Bluetooth to enhance location services and make them more accurate.

Recent Access

This list will show all the apps that have recently accessed your location data. To see a list of other features that apps have accessed click Here.
