Date & Time

From here you can customize your system settings for the Date & Time for your Pixel.

Set Time Automatically

When this is turned on, the date and time will automatically configure to your phone based on your phones location.

Note: This setting will only be available if you have the above setting, Set Time Automatically, turned off.

From here you can make up what day it is if you’d like. I’m not sure how this could be helpful but you may certainly do it.

Time

Note: This setting will only be available if you have the above setting, Set Time Automatically, turned off.

From here you can make up what time it is if you’d like. Just like making up a date, I’m not sure how this could be helpful but you do have this option.

Time Zone

These following settings will allow you to adjust your timezone.

Set Time Zone Automatically

When this is on, your phone will use your precise location to adjust the timezone you are currently in.

Use Location To Set Time Zone

When this is on, your phone will use your precise location to set the timezone you’re in. When this is off, your phone will likely estimate your timezone based on the nearest cellular tower or Wi-Fi modem to determine your timezone.

Time Zone

Note: You will not be able to choose a specific time zone for your phone unless Set Time Zone Automatically is turned Off.

From here you can select the Region and the Time Zone within a particular region.

Time Format

For your Time Format, you will be given two options that cannot be used at the same time:

• Use Locale Default

  • This option will use a 12:00 AM to 12:00 PM format for your clock.

• Use 24-Hour Format

  • This option will use a 1:00 to 24:00 format for your clock.
