Contacts

To view your contacts, tap on the contacts app to open it. You will then see a list of all of your contacts that you can easily text, call, email, etc.

Manage And Organize Contacts

At the top left corner right above the contact list (above where it says “recently added”) you will see a Hamburger Icon (three horizontal lines). Tap on the hamburger icon and you will see the following categories:

• Groups

  • When you tap on Groups you will see a drop down with a few different categories that you can add contacts to or create a new group of contacts if you frequently have friend, family, business groups etc. you would like to find and/or contact all at once.
    • Emergency Contacts
    • Imported
    • Not Assigned
    • Create Group

• Companies

  • This section will show companies and/or company contacts.

• Manage Contacts

  • When you tap on Manage Contacts you will see the following options:
    • Merge Contacts
      • From here you can merge contacts that are synced to a specific Phone Number, Email, or Name.
    • Import Or Export Contacts
      • You can either Import Contacts from a SIM Card or VCard
      • Or you can Export Contacts to your SIM Card or VCard
• Move Contacts
  • You can move contacts from an account, phone, or SIM card to another location.
• Sync Contacts
  • You can sync contacts to an account from here.

Add Contacts

• To add a contacts, tap on the Plus Icon (+) to the right hand side of the app screen right above your contacts list.
• Then type in all the contacts info such as name, phone number, email, preferred name, add them to a group etc. You can also select a specific ringtone for your contact among other features.

Search For Contacts

• To search or contacts, tap on the Magnifying Glass Icon to the right hand side of the app screen right above your contacts list.
• Then type in the name of the contact you’re looking for. You can also type in their phone number, email, or any other information that identifies the contacts.

More Contact Options

• For more contact related options tap on the More Icon (the three vertical dots) to the right hand side of the app screen right above your contacts list. From here you will have a few of the following options:

  • Scan QR Code

  • Delete Contacts

  • Share Contacts
