Manage Notifications

From here you can turn notifications on or off for each specific app. You can also customize different types of notifications within each app. To learn more about Notifications in general, click on the notifications link. If you want to know more about the notifications settings for each app on Google Pixel phones click on this Google Apps link and click on the notifications link in each app article.

Do Not Disturb

Flip To SHHH

This will turn on Do Not Disturb as soon as you flip your Pixel face down on a flat surface. To turn this feature on, turn on the switch next to where it says Use Flip To SHHH. Once you have this feature turned on, you will feel a subtle vibration indicating that Do Not Disturb has been turned on.

Heads Up

Heads Up is a feature that will remind you to check your surroundings while you’re walking around and looking at your phone. To set it up:

• Tap on Heads Up from this menu, then click on Next.
• You’re phone will automatically monitor Physical Activity and send you Notifications while this feature is on but you can opt into sharing your Location as well. Click Next to continue.
• Then click Done on the last screen to finish setting up Heads Up.

Show Icon On The App List

Turning this on will add Digital Wellbeing to your app library.
